Opening times

Our surgery is open and accessible from 8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Early morning (8am–8:30am) and Wednesday evenings (6pm–6:30pm):
  If you attend the practice during these times, a phone number will be displayed for you to contact us via an accredited NHS call handling service.
  This service has a direct link to our on-site team, ensuring your query is managed promptly.
• Lunchtime period (1pm–2pm):
  During this time, a contact number for our reception team will also be displayed. Our reception team remains on site and available to assist you by phone.

Telephone access

Our telephone lines are open 8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Calls are handled by our in-practice team, except:
  • 8am–8:30am (Monday to Friday)
  • 6pm–6:30pm (Wednesdays only)
    During these periods, calls are managed by the accredited NHS call handling service, which can connect directly to our team.

Online consultations

Our digital online consultation service is available:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 6:30pm

Extended Access Appointments

We participate in an Extended Access Scheme with a group of nine local GP practices. This provides additional appointments with a range of healthcare professionals at participating sites:

• Weekday evenings: 6:30pm – 8pm
• Early mornings: from 7am (selected days)
• Saturdays: 9am – 5pm

Dispensary closes each day at 6pm

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
